A practice in excellence! My AC had decided it was tired and started complaining, blowing all sorts of hot air like a deflated balloon. I called one service and they offered to come in August - y'all, it's June in Florida. The temps would kill me by then. A good friend recommended Parker Services, so I called and spoke with Ricky. That nice young gentleman was in the middle of a job at a local business, but he answered the phone anyways, then expressed sympathy when I said we were melting. I mentioned that it might be the capacitor (I really wanted to say Flux Capacitor) and he asked what the inside and outside units were doing. Then he said he'd be over in a little while. And he was. Just like that. Many a young person could take a lesson from Ricky on customer service and commitment! Not only was he pleasant to work with, he also was quick, efficient, and had cold air blowing again in under fifteen minutes. And it was the capacitor, thankfully, which is an easy fix. Ricky also took the time to give sound advice about maintaining the outside unit (y'all should cut your elephant ears away from the sides like I'll be doing) to ensure better performance from both units. I'll be canceling my plan with the big wigs and going with Mr. Ricky Joyner at Parker Services. All around excellent service and pricing! Thank you Ricky!
